Dessert Classics Class
It's great when clients call with dishes that they'd like to learn. That's how this class on classic desserts evolved. We made a trio of creme brulees (earl gray, citrus and espresso), bananas foster, and panna cotta with raspberry coulis. Panna cotta, which is light and served cold or room temperature, is a nice substitute for rich creme brulee on hot summer days. Click the pictures below to see full size and caption.
